You’re eligible to donate blood if you:
Are in good general health
Are at least 17 years old
Weigh a minimum of 50 kg (110 lbs)
Have a valid ID (Saudi Aramco ID, National ID, or passport)
Have not donated blood in the past eight weeks
Your donation can save lives—and it only takes a short time to make a lasting impact.
