Nabeel A. Al-Jama’ is the Chairman of the Board at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), where he provides strategic oversight and leadership to support the organization's mission of delivering world-class, patient-centered healthcare in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His guidance helps ensure alignment with Saudi Aramco’s values and national healthcare objectives, including the ambitions of Vision 2030.

In addition to his role at JHAH, Al-Jama’ serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Saudi Aramco, a position he has held since July 2020. In this capacity, he oversees a wide range of critical functions including human capital development, corporate services, community services, and operational support—many of which directly interface with JHAH’s service ecosystem.

Al-Jama’s leadership journey spans more than four decades, encompassing executive roles across Aramco’s core business and support functions. Prior to his current position, he served in key leadership roles such as Vice President for Corporate Affairs, Vice President of Human Resources, and Executive Director for both Industrial Services and Community Services. He has also held acting leadership roles in operations, personnel management, and medical services, all of which contribute to his deep understanding of healthcare needs within the corporate and national context.

Beginning his career with Aramco in 1980, Al-Jama’ has continuously championed the integration of workforce development, community engagement, and operational excellence. His early contributions in housing, education, and community planning laid the foundation for a career committed to employee well-being and service quality—key values reflected in his leadership of JHAH.

He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran. He has also completed several elite global executive education programs, including Leadership at the Peak, Strategic Negotiations, and the University Executive Program.

Through his role at JHAH, Al-Jama’ continues to help shape the future of healthcare delivery in the Kingdom by promoting innovation, strategic partnerships, and excellence in patient care.
