Primary Care Clinic

You can make an appointment to see your doctor at our Primary Care Clinic. The easiest way is via your online patient portal, MyChart. Once you have signed up, you will be able to quickly and easily schedule your visit, view test results, manage your medication refills and more. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to register with reception.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel as per the instructions on your appointment slip or SMS confirmation. This will enable our doctors and clinical staff to provide care to others.

Health Education / Nurse Clinic
If you require more in-depth guidance towards managing your health goals, you can seek a referral to our Health Education/Nurse Clinic, or refer yourself. Our friendly and knowledgeable nurses offer advice on everything from diet and nutrition to home care.
Pharmacy Services
We are committed to providing you with your medication quickly and efficiently. Our highly trained pharmacy staff are on hand to offer advice on your medicinal needs.

Laboratory and screening tests
During your visit, you may be asked to provide a sample (blood, urine, stool, etc) or take an imaging test. This enables us to further analyse your condition, and will either be required straightaway or at a later date. Our medical team will talk you through the procedure and explain their reasons for requesting it.

Children's Care
We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly clinic, and have a dedicated team who are specially trained in children’s care. Whether your child is suffering from an illness, or requires a vaccination, you can rest assured they will be in capable hands.
We also encourage regular Well Child visits, so that we can monitor your child’s health at different stages of their growth.

Register with Udhailiyah Primary Care
Complete a simple registration process to become a patient at Ras Tanura Primary Care. This quick procedure ensures you have access to our full range of healthcare services and facilities.
Choose a doctor
Select a Primary Care physician who will be your main point of contact for all your healthcare needs. Your doctor will coordinate your care and provide referrals to specialists when needed.
Schedule an appointment
Book your first appointment using MyChart, our convenient online portal, or by calling our Centralized Contact Center at 800-305-4444. Once scheduled, you're ready to begin your healthcare journey with JHAH Primary Care. If you would like to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care physician, the easiest way is through our MyChart health portal or alternatively call the centralized call center. MyChart empowers you to manage and monitor your health, with more than 20 functionalities available, including appointment booking, medication requests, laboratory test results and communication with your clinicians. If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know – you could be freeing up a slot for another grateful patient. Do not forget to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late, you will need to reschedule.
